1. Who can join the trip?
Our trips are designed for youth ages  (you can set your range, usually 15–18 ). Parents, leaders, and approved chaperones are also welcome depending on the destination.
2. Do I need a passport or visa?
Yes — a valid passport is required for all travelers. Some countries may require a visa; we’ll guide you through that process once you register.
3. How safe are these trips?
Safety is our top priority. We travel with trained guides, approved accommodations, and trusted transportation partners. Every group has experienced leaders and a clear safety and communication plan.
4. What’s included in the trip cost?
Typically, the cost covers lodging, meals, ground transportation, entrance fees, activities, and guides. Airfare is not be included on the package — check your trip details.
5. How are roommates or room assignments decided?
Youth are roomed with others of the same gender and similar age. Friends can request to room together if space allows.
6. What about food and dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
7. How much spending money should I bring?
Most meals and activities are covered. Plan for personal snacks, souvenirs, or optional activities — usually around $10–$20 per day.
8. What’s the supervision like?
Our groups always have a set leader-to-youth ratio (usually 1 adult per 6–8 youth). Participants are never left alone in unfamiliar areas and always travel in groups.
9. Will there be free time?
Yes — we build in short blocks of free time for shopping, exploring, or relaxing, but always within safe, designated areas.
10. How do I prepare for the trip?
Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a packing list, travel tips, and a pre-trip orientation. We also host a virtual Q&A for parents and participants before departure.
